Shipping Regions, Shipping Methods, Shipping Time and Shipping Costs and Additional Information about the shipping process of JUXIPART.

Our products can be delivered to the United States. We ship our products using the carrier: SF Express. 
Usually, the time and cost of shipping to the United States as follows.

Delivery Time:

Total Delivery Time = Handling Time + Transit Time.

The handling time takes about 3 business days, fulfilled from Monday to Friday.

The transit time takes about 10 - 20 business days, fulfilled from Monday to Friday.

Total delivery time estimated based on customer locations, it takes about 10 - 23 business days to all destinations.

Order cut off time is 6:00 PM (GMT-08:00) Pacific Standard Time (Los Angeles).

The above days are all business days, during the major holidays, the transportation will be delayed. If you need your order urgently, please contact us in advance and inform us of the date you need. We will arrange it for you as soon as possible.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES: Our shipping costs is flat rate, all orders have the same shipping fee $1.5.

Orders are generally shipped within 3 days using "SF Express", delivery standard is 10 - 20 days. Flat rate shipping fee of $1.5 applies to orders shipping to the United States.

If your order contains multiple items, they will be shipped together.

We will process your order within 24 hours. Expect an email within 24 hours to let you know your order is on the way!

When your order is ready for delivery, you will receive an email with real-time tracking information.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. JUXIPART is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

REFUNDS and RETURNS

We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the money minus 15% of the product price as the restocking fees.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at hssjxsm@163.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis and will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
